You need to check the air button and the air switch. One of them is bad. Pull the pump, plug it into an outlet that you know has power. Take a straw and blow into it with a straw and see if the pump comes on. If it comes on at this point then you have a bad air button. If it does not come on then you have a bad air switch which is what you are blowing into.
